The Artisanal Process
Our journey starts in the sun-drenched fields of Pennsylvania, where we look after our bees like family, ensuring they have healthy hives and plenty of wildflowers to visit. When the time is right, we gently harvest the golden combs, making sure to leave plenty for the bees to enjoy through the winter. Back at our workshop, we take a patient approach, carefully hand-bottling each batch in small quantities to protect the raw, natural essence of the nectar. Whether it is our pure seasonal honey or our unique bourbon-infused creations, every single jar is touched by our hands to ensure that the diverse flavors of the landscape reach your table exactly as nature intended.
